In grand anticipation I've finally decided to take on the babe that is Cher Horowitz. For those who are unaware of the ultimate teen dream Cher Horowitz, played by the blonde bombshell Alicia Silverstone, Cher is not your average wealthy Beverly Hills valley girl with great style. Cher is everything a girl should fear their boyfriends to meet because while she seems utterly flawless on the outside, she also is kinda flawless on the inside considering her confidence and kind heart seem to play a big part. But who cares about all that emotional jabber, we're hear to discuss how Cher became a style icon to millions of 90s teens and even the teen of today thanks to the cult classic Clueless. Tying together some 90's minimalistic looks with pops of color and throwing in some good-hearted emotionally-involved and looks, Cher has earned a spot at the top of my list for the babes to watch.
